CENTRALIZED POS SYSTEM (REQUIRED)
To ensure transparency and ease for everyone, all vendors will use our event-provided POS system.
Here’s how it works:
We provide a tablet preloaded with your menu or product list
All transactions are processed through our centralized system
You receive a full sales report and payout via direct deposit within 3–5 business days
Taxes are collected and handled centrally, simplifying your reporting
Vendor Requirements
Must provide your own 10x10 tent or canopy
Must carry and submit proof of general liability insurance
Must complete vendor orientation (virtual or on-site)
Must adhere to event health, safety, and fire guidelines


Please Note:
We do not allow personal tents for general attendees

Power is not included — vendors requiring power must bring their own quiet generator or request it in advance (limited availability)

Vendor space is limited — first-come, first-confirmed
